LocalFlow AI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, business name, email, phone, and business address when you sign up and configure LocalFlow AI.

Customer data you enter: names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, notes, quotes, appointments, and messaging-consent records for your own customers. This data belongs to you; we store it so the product can work.

Usage data: basic product activity (for example, when a message is sent or a follow-up is completed) shown in your own activity timeline.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate LocalFlow AI: showing your dashboard, sending the messages you explicitly choose to send, tracking consent and opt-outs, and drafting message text when you use the AI Assistant. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it to advertise.

3. Third-party processors

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with: Whop (subscription billing — your email and plan status), Resend (delivering emails you send), Twilio (delivering text messages you send), and our AI provider (message text you ask the AI Assistant to draft). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

4. Your customers' choices

When one of your customers replies STOP to a text message or uses an unsubscribe link in an email, we record that opt-out and block further messages to them on that channel until they opt back in. We keep an append-only history of consent and opt-out events so you can demonstrate compliance.

5. Data isolation and security

Each business's data is isolated and accessible only to that business's signed-in account, enforced at the database level. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You may delete individual customers at any time, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us; we will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or billing purposes.

7. Contact

Privacy questions or deletion requests: samuel@reallocalpro.com.
