Terms of Service

1. The service

LocalFlow AI ("LocalFlow AI", "we", "us") is a subscription software tool that helps local service businesses track leads and customers, schedule follow-ups and appointments, request reviews, and draft customer messages. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription and billing

LocalFlow AI is billed as a recurring subscription (currently $49 USD per month) processed by our payment partner, Whop. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account; when a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export your data, but you cannot add, edit, delete, or send until you resubscribe.

3. Your customers and messaging consent

You own the customer data you enter. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis — including prior express consent where required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and similar laws — before sending text messages or marketing emails to your customers through LocalFlow AI.

LocalFlow AI records the consent you confirm, honors customer opt-outs (including SMS STOP replies and email unsubscribe links), and blocks sending to customers who have not consented or who have opted out. These tools assist your compliance but do not replace your legal obligations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LocalFlow AI to send spam, unsolicited marketing, deceptive, or unlawful messages; to message people who have opted out; or to upload data you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party services

LocalFlow AI relies on third parties to operate: Whop (billing), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text delivery), and an AI provider (message drafting). Your use of messaging features is also subject to those providers' terms.

6. No guarantee of results

LocalFlow AI helps you organize follow-ups, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, response rate, review volume, or revenue.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using LocalFlow AI and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On request, we will delete your account and associated data subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
